JERUSALEM

JERUSALEM

 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qAz-cLtFdKU

Hello everyone,
I'd like to share this video with you, created from my own artwork and original music, in honor of William Blake’s birthday on November 28th. It is an interpretation of his classic poem ‘Jerusalem’ which most people know from Hubert Parry’s setting to music and which is sung regularly as a hymn. My composition has been used in the Theatre of Eternal Values productions of ‘William Blake’s Divine Humanity’ and ‘Eternity in an Hour’ and this particular recording was from a live performance given last year at the Dragon Café in London, also to celebrate Blake’s birth. I hope you enjoy it!
